Hello moms and friends!!!
I'm beyond excited to share this fun shopping BJ's produce guide with you all. So many of you who also follow me on Instagram always ask me where do I shop for fruits and vegetables, and more importantly, what are my essential must haves in order to sustain a healthy lifestyle.

In this video I take you along with me on my shopping trip to BJ's (at 9 o'clock at night).
After many years of shopping in other places I have found that this is the most practical way for me to shop for my family on a weekly basis.
7I know that the quantity of what you'll see is A LOT. But we are a big family of 7. So the fridge must be full or I need to shop every 2-3 days, which is something that I try to avoid.
