Our families, whether blood-related or otherwise, play a huge part in shaping who we are. In this humorous and personal talk, CJ Meadows shares the story of her extraordinary family, showing how love and brotherhood transcend a diverse range nationalities and cultures.

Dr. CJ Meadows is a mother of four beautiful children, of which 3 have been adopted from Asia.

She is the Director of the Innovation & Insights Centre at S P Jain School of Global Management. This new centre helps people innovate and create useful insights with new programs in education and research.
CJ holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the Harvard Business School, USA and was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). She has completed her Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Missouri – Columbia, USA.

She has over two decades of experience on three continents with major corporations and new ventures alike, as a strategy consultant, executive developer, entrepreneur, and more. She is also the Executive Director, Chair, and Co-Founder of The Tiger Center, a ground-breaking social enterprise in central India, as well as Co-Principal of MMA Family Office.
