Delta Force unfortunately utilizes crappy matchmaking systems! Loot Based Matchmaking (LBMM) pairs you together with teammates and enemies in a game together based on the value of the loot you bring into the field! We can only hope that in the future they get rid of LBMM and make matchmaking randomized unless you play ranked!
