If you've had a tear or stitches when your baby was born, this video covers information to help with your recovery. It also includes advice if you have had a third or fourth degree tear.

Our obstetric physiotherapy team accept referrals up to 6 weeks after the birth of your baby. You can be referred by your GP, Physiotherapist, Midwife or Consultant.
