This 20 minute bodyweight hiit workout is a nice combo of basic plyometrics and primal core exercises that makes for a fun and challenging blend of core and cardio.

This session is great for fitness enthusiasts and athletes of all levels. who want to get fire up the core and get a quick sweat.

Get started with the warm up, challenge yourself with the workset and stick around for the finisher / cooldown.

The moves are accessible for most levels so beginners welcome!
