✈ FIRST Embraer E190 E2 Revenue Flight at London City Airport | Helvetic HB-AZG + Water Canon!

Hello and welcome to SOUTHEND AVIATION!

Helvetic Airways have restarted flights to London City Airport on behalf of SWISS flying from Zurich! And as we all hoped, they have brought the E2 into LCY making them the first airline to operate the type at the London airport. HB-AZG, delivered new to Helvetic in January 2021, is the first E2 to touch LCY's runway since the certification flights in July 2018.

A lovely water arch was held as the aircraft arrived on stand 22 at London City. The aircraft was on the ground for 1 hour before heading back to Zurich Airport departing on RWY 09.
