Some of the most vibrant openings in the business. It’s like the perfumer reads my mind a bit on how special transitions are in perfumery. These go a bit further than top heart and base and give you transitions within the transitions. The triangle branding of the body plays into the scent pyramid. These are some of the clearest cut wearings I have had. This is where taste strips make absolutely no sense. A first impression makes absolutely no sense. This thing changes so much to review this in a spray and twenty minutes is unfair to this whole hobby it’s kinda like a smack in the face to what real perfumers are trying to accomplish. This is about an experience whenever you choose to where this the journey begins.
Fragrance in my opinion compared to Perfumes Notes
Top you get a vibrant sencha excuntiated by grapefruit. More of the bitter parts of the grapefruit. Sencha is definitely my favorite summer tea and although I have never paired grapefruit with it. Would have no hesitation doing so. Strawberry and basil has been a thing, but we are talking about the SOM take on Sencha in Secret of Success. While I use basil they go rosemary and yes I will try it in my batches this summer sooner rather than later. Sencha iced is my favorite and to get it exactly right takes a lot of patience and practice. Just a bit off of any brewing and it can change the flavor profile drastically going very brown and bitter to not getting much out of this special tea. It’s expensive for a reason and I am very picky on who I buy it from. But when you get this tea right it is one of the best drinks on earth. All that to be said they caught a lot of the beautiful notes that a Japanese sencha gives you as a drinker some of the best light feathery fresh light tea leaf smell you can get. Giving a unique earth and grassy leaf vibe. Like a smell from a wheatgrass shot.

The heart turn a great animalic again light animalic. Think soft animalic like a cat purring up to you rather than a growl from a tiger. Ylang Ylang provides the fragrance to stay crisp and metallic accented by Aromatics of Rosemary not strong just as if you rubbed by the plant with your clothing and smell the fresh kiss it gave you. Yeah I do this all the time to. I am weird this perfume hobby really fits what I have been doing the past ten years.

Again this house is only using Vanilla as an accenture rather than the drydown that normally gets stuck on skin. This is fantastic news for how I like my Vanilla notes in general.

Guy this is a one of a kind composition in reality. Playing with daring ingredients that most people won’t touch with a ten foot pole. This house has my attention and deserves yours for pushing perfumery forward. They have taken the step and I am following. I can’t ask for much more in what they have executed here.
