The Magic Boomerang TV Show.

The Magic Boomerang was an Australian children's TV show from 1965 - 66.
It was also shown in several other countries.
When the kid throws the boomerang, time stands still until he catches it.
This allows him to move things, causing people to trip or crash into each other etc when time resumes.
Sometimes he has fun, other times he stops crime.
In this episode (Double Trouble) he takes something from a man's pocket.. as displayed at 13:52.
