If you ever need to blur a face when using DaVinci Resolve, it's quick and easy to do from the Color Page.

First you'll select a Power Window and place it over the face of the person you want to blur.

If the person is standing still, you can then apply a Box Blur or Mosaic Blur on the node in the Color Page, and you're done.

But, if the person is moving, head down to the tracker and track the movement of your selection first. Once you're happy with the tracking, throw on a blur effect and you're done.

If there are multiple faces to blur in one scene, I would add a new node for each person, and repeat the steps as described.
