Actually pretty happy with this run for now. A sub 22 minute is in reach with current strats.

Brief Strategy Breakdown

Kalli:

You can damage Kalli briefly before she leaves mid. Then, by standing on a plate, you can attract her to that plate where we shotgun her. Then we kite her to a second plate and finish her off with Whisper/Sleeper.

Shuro Chi:

This is where most runs are made/killed. There is lots of RNG with add spawns, puzzle pieces, and Shuro booping players. We clear enemies as quickly as possible on each floor and drop rifts for shotgun DPS. On the second DPS phase on each floor, we send four players into the puzzle room while the other two players solo stun her, then jump up top to the next level to begin clearing adds. We use the "number pad" method for puzzles. This is where each player is given a number 1-4, where each number represents the first four numbers on a number pad. We rotate if necessary.

Morgeth:

Very simple encounter to speedrun. Just requires the spawn trapping of adds, the spawn grabbing of Taken Strength, and the spawn cleansing of a grabbed player. Everyone with strength gathers together, so that no matter who is caught will be cleansed. For DPS, we stack a Well of Radiance, Empowerment melee, and Tether.

Vault:

The speed of the Vault encounter depends heavily on add clearing. Aggressive clearing, and the encounter operates normally up until the final Riven Eye spawns for each phase. This is where a blinking Warlock Tractor Cannons the Eye towards the center, then picks up the Eye and slams it into the appropriate plate. This saves the run around to end each phase. Clearing all the enemies starts the next symbol phase.

Riven:

We send five players to the crystal side and one to the trees side. We then send four players back up top via the "joining allies" exploit on crystal side. Then we wait for the call as to which side we will DPS Riven from. The setup is the typical "cluster bomb strat." We stack a Well of Radiance, Empowerment melee, and melting point with cluster bombs.

Queen's Walk:

Each player uses a sword to push the heart carrier forward. We also use a Titan shoulder charge where necessary. A sub-2 minute clear is pretty standard here for current strats.
