My mom’s glaze takes the Tofurky Ham roast to a whole new level! I love, love, love the glaze the ham comes with. But I gotta say, my mom's glaze takes me back to Easter dinner circa 1985! And it's so easy.

VEGAN EASTER RECIPE
Make the glaze:
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup yellow mustard

Mix sugar and mustard together and let it sit on the counter while the ham bakes. This gives. the sugar plenty of time to melt into the mustard and become a real sauce!

Here's what I do. I cook the Tofurky ham for an hour at 325 degrees,. Then I pull it out of the oven and put one coating of the glaze on. I also pierce the ham with 4-5 cloves. Then I put it back in the oven for 15. minutes. Pull it out, reglaze. Then back in for another 15 and your donezies!

About the cloves. I only used 4 or 5 and I only cooked them on the ham for 30 minutes. If you use more or you add them too early, the entire ham will taste like cloves! Remember, this isn't real ham, so the tofu absorbs the flavor much quicker!
