VIRAL Double Chocolate Muffin Recipe & Tutorial | Cupcake Jemma

Makes 6 large muffins or 12 cupcake size muffins

MUFFINS
2 Eggs
180g Greek Yogurt
120g Whole Milk
1.5 tsp Vanilla
120g Vegetable Oil
210g Plain Flour
200g Caster Sugar
60g Cocoa Powder
1.5 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Bicarb
3/4 tsp Salt
250g Dark Choc Chunks (Save some for the tops)

GANACHE
50g Dark Choc Chips (54%)
25g Double Cream
25g Cold Butter
