Banana & Carrot Cup cake (No Bake)

Ingredients:

✅1 & 1/2 cups All purpose flour (any brand you prefer)
✅1 teaspoon Baking powder
✅1 Teaspoon Baking Soda / Bicarbonate Soda
✅1 pc Large egg ( 2 pcs if medium or small)
✅1/2 cup brown or/ white sugar
✅1/2 Teaspoon Salt ( to balance the taste)
✅1/2 cup water or fresh / evaporated Milk
✅1/4 cup melted unsalted butter or veg oil
✅1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
✅1/2 cup grated carrots
✅2 pcs big Bananas ( 4 pcs if small)
✅ 1/2 Teaspoon white vinegar
✅ Raisins or choco bars (Toppings)

✅Molder & steamer

Procedure:

1) Mash the Banana & put the white vineger to avoid discoloration of banana.
2) Grated the peeled carrots.
3) Mix all the dry ingredients ( flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda)
4) After mixing all the dry ingredients put the Banana & carrots, and all the liquid ingredients.
After mixing all the ingredients, let the batter rest for 5-10 minutes before pouring into molds.
5) Put into the molder, make sure to pour 1/2 batter only cos it will rise.
6) Steam for 10-15mins in medium heat. Cove and Enjoy!
