Sciences Po created the Émile Boutmy scholarship, named after the founder of Sciences Po (1871), in order to welcome the very best international students from outside the European Union. The Émile Boutmy Scholarship is awarded to top students whose profiles match the admissions priorities of Sciences Po and individual course requirements.The Émile Boutmy scholarship fund benefits from the generous support of its sponsors (benefactors, companies and foundations) who are eager to allow the most deserving international students to study at Sciences Po. Private sponsors can be in direct contact with scholarship holders during official organised events. They support the Émile Boutmy excellence scholarship : BNP Paribas, Chalhoub Group, RATP Foundation, L’Oréal, Total.
Masters level
The Émile Boutmy scholarship is awarded to students arriving at Sciences Po for their first year of study. The Émile Boutmy programme is a tuition grant of €12,200 per year which covers part of the tuition fees for the two years of the Master's degree programme. If you do not validate your academic year, your scholarship will be lost. If you have been granted a scholarship and you decide to defer your admission, your scholarship will be lost.
The Yenching Academy annually enrolls approximately 120 new students from both the Chinese Mainland and abroad, to study, live, and learn together. International students comprise roughly 80% of the student body.
Applicants should have:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field or currently enrolled in a degree program awarded no later than August 31, 2022*;
An outstanding academic record;
Strong interest in interdisciplinary study of China;
A record of extracurricular achievement, community engagement, social responsibility, and leadership potential;
English proficiency.
*Peking University does not allow students to be enrolled in other degree programs whilst studying at the university.

Candidates for the Eric Bleumink Fund should:
Have received provisional or unconditional admission for a master programme before February. Only then will applicants be considered for a grant from the Eric Bleumink Fund (see: Master's degree programmes )
Have excellent academic performance, preferably to be confirmed by letters of recommendation
Have excellent grades during their bachelor/undergraduate studies;
Have excellent English language proficiency, in accordance with the admission requirements of the program of choice
Be available for the whole period of the programme and be able to take part in the entire programme
Be in good health, so that health insurance in the Hold the nationality of a country appearing in Appendix 1.
Have no other means of financing the study in question
Grant information:
The grant is awarded for a 1 year or 2 years Master’s degree programme.
The grant covers tuition fee, costs of international travel, subsistence, books, and health insurance. Please note that a considerable number of students apply for this scholarship each year, whereas the University can issue only a limited number of grants.
