1️⃣ Understanding the concept of a charged thin shell. It involves surface charge distribution.
2️⃣ Electric field due to a uniformly charged thin spherical shell or hollow spherical conductor. Derivation using Gauss's Theorem.
3️⃣ Formulae for Electric field due to shell at external point, at a point just at its surface, and at an internal point. ( in terms of charge and in terms of surface charge density )
4️⃣ For external points the charged shell or the charged hollow sphere behaves as if whole of the charge is concentrated at its centre.
5️⃣ For internal points Electric due to the charged shell is zero. Electrostatic shielding.
