Edam Taste Test

Finally the Edam is ready to taste and what a treat it was to open it for the first time and check out how it turned out.
Well let me tell you that we all thought that this cheese was a hit! It had an amazing flavour. I even took some Edam into work and everyone who tried it loved it. Even the eyes look cool!
