Dancing to this beautiful soul ballad about heartache, desire, and loneliness.

I have loved soul music ever since I was a young child. It lifts my mood, gets my body moving, and I can't help but sing along most of the time. Dancing brings joy and and healing and I hope to inspire whoever watches this to get up and dance!

My dancing is about releasing inhibitions, getting out of my head, feeling the energy of the music & freely expressing through my body. It isn't about the perfect formal dance moves or how I look. Dancing while embodied & clear is fun, freeing, healing, & empowering. It raises my vibration & makes me incredibly happy. I want to spread the joy!

All of my life, I had crippling performance anxiety & felt uncomfortable and frozen when being the center of attention & on camera. Dancing nearly every day since December 2022 has amazingly healed my performance anxiety and I am thrilled to finally be able to dance & sing freely, even in public & in front of a camera.

Dancing is universal medicine that can bring great healing to all, especially during challenging times.

The music that always gets me on my feet and makes me happy is soul, Motown, hip hop, r&b, and rock and roll. I want to celebrate black music. On a nearly daily basis I feel the positive effects from it and I am so grateful.

I hope to entertain & to inspire others to dance, find their joy, and be seen.
