Some stories are simple, soft and subtle.
Some are complicated and full of twists.
Transitions unfold a story that is naive.
Yet powerful enough to metamorphose moods

The plot of this film has many layers which had the potential to interpret it as per the viewers choice. It is like a painting which can be interpreted vividly as per the choice of the viewer.

The film starts with a poetical note written by the director and ends with a quote by Rabbi Al Basari. The theme of "Transitions" evolves through speechless musical visuals depicting one full day life of a youngster and this one day can be viewed materially and spiritually. The Plot of the film is like a river which does not have a start or end, it just flows.

A river starts from ocean soon separate into different streams and finally embraces the ocean by giving up its form. Similarly, every being travelled through different forms and ultimately resolves back to its original state.

'Transitions" put forth the above universal concept in this 30 minutes and the viewer will be reminded that at every moment human life blooms to different entities as naturally as a bud blossoms into a flower.

The film portrays this life situation in a musically lofted visual language, which in turn is the philosophical language of the mind and nature. Nature transcends moods as per the cards it's playing with the forms which are finite names in the infinite ocean.

This one day symbolizes mortal's whole life and beyond, so this film has a unification of various philosophies which includes Zen, Tao, Sufi, Kabbalah and Vedanta which makes one to think about his own life beyond limiting himself as an individual.

The film is released on May 23/2013 at the Vyalopilli Sahitya Academy Hall, Thrissur. The visuals in the films are captured in Cannon 7D and the visuals does not have any CG support. All are raw visuals of mother nature.
