Leka Fineman is a Performance Fitness and Wellness Coach. She has been a lifelong student of movement, mindfulness, health, and fitness, growing up in Northern California surfing, practicing yoga, and riding horses. She is a five-time CrossFit Games Athlete and 2023 CF Games Age Group Champion.

Leka specializes in helping her clients feel mentally and physically strong to navigate through and enjoy a long, healthy life. Her expertise is in providing women with tools to handle stress, balance hormones, and optimize performance.
