Step 1: Place your plastic strapping around the object you intended to secure and the pallet or surface you’d like to secure it too.

Step 2: Align the tag end of the strapping below the main section, pointed away with 4-5 inches of overlap from the point of entry into your RI 200 Strapping Tool.

Step 3: While squeezing the opening lever slide the stacked strapping section into feed slot of the RI 200 Strapping Tool, once inserted release the opening lever to hold the strapping in place.

Step 4: Press the yellow tension button on the top of the strapping tool to advance the strapping. Release the button once the desired tension is achieved.

Step 5: Press the black lever down to begin the welding process which will cut the strapping simultaneously. The welding process is completed once the strapping tool beeps once.

Step 6: Squeeze the opening lever and slide the RI 200 Strapping Tool away from the strapping to reveal your tightly secured strap. This will also reset the black lever to its original position.
