The Spectral Dragon will be officially introduced to the game during the Phantom Gathering Event which will take place for the first time from October 20th to October 23rd 2023.

In this video I'll show you the nest, egg and the tier 2 of each as well as the complete dragon chain Egg through Level 10!

This dragon can be obtained early via language changes tricks with the shrine decision eggs if you just can't wait to get it.
