"An artist is always guaranteed compensation when working for the TEAM and parents in the room are also offered a stipend to help cover childcare expenses. Which means that I can actually make a wage and not fully deplete that wage with the costs of childcare. It’s an incredible gift that alleviates so much financial and emotional anxiety, and allows my brain and heart and guts to move past the question of 'is it worth it?' and enter the room confident and ready to work.

I know that what the TEAM is endeavoring to accomplish this year is worth it. A donation to help us is worth it. And a donation our childcare fund is worth it. Please considering helping us continue to build and invest in this practice. There are powerful parents that will inspire a generation of stronger children if they can live their truth and be the artists they should be.'
