Welcome to Let's Cook@Nisha's Kitchen....So today we are going to make Wheat Banana Malpua :
INGREDIENTS FOR BATTER:
Wheat Flour -- 100-150g
Suji(semolina) -- 2 tablespoon(approx.20-30g)
Condensed Milk -- 4 tablespoon(approx.40-50g)
Greated Coconut -- 3-4 tsp
Cardamom -- 2 nos.
Saunf -- 1/2 tsp
Sugar -- 1-2 tsp
Banana - 1 big size
Milk -- 100-150 ml
Water -- 50-80 ml
Salt -- According to taste

Ingredients for Garnish:
Cashews
Pistachios
Almonds

Ingredients for Sugar Syrup:
Sugar -- 200-250g
Cardamom -- 2 nos.
Water - 100-150 ml

For Frying:
Oil - 200-250 ml
