Jamaican Style Steamed GROUPER! Catch Clean Cook

I had Sam and his son Nick out for a fishing trip aboard the Broad Minded. We started out swordfishing and on the 3rd drop of the day caught a nice fish! As the winds picked up we headed inshore a few miles and did some deep dropping. We caught snowy grouper, yellowedge grouper, and tilefish. Back at Bud n' Mary's Marina I found Mike and he said he had a recipe for some steamed grouper! The following day Mike Chef'd it up! Enjoy!
