To pick up Death Warrant, head to Montero Farm and speak with Espada.
Kill Jose’s Top Lieutenants (x3)
Grab a flying vehicle and fly over to the Casa del Viento hotel in Lozania, which is just southeast of Verdera on the top of a mountain.
Land your vehicle to the west of the hotel and you’ll have plenty of room to approach and scope the place out.
There are several soldiers on the left side, as well as a tower you can use to scout with your phone.
Near the pool there is an animal case with a croc inside, if you want to cause a little chaos.
There is only one Lieutenant at the hotel, currently, but you can snipe them from outside the base or under the gazebo above the pool.
He’ll walk out on the balcony, so use a suppressed rifle or bow to take him out, or you can wait to kill him until you go inside.
From the tower scouting position, use your suppressed rifle and Amigo to take out the sniper on the left, the canine unit, and the patrolling guard near you.
Once they are dead, you’ll be free to get all the info you need on the two lieutenants who aren’t at the hotel.
Head through the first floor entrance near the driveway, then turn right and head down the hall. Open the door with the FND flag on it and examine the picture on the nightstand to get intel on one Lieutenant Pena.
Head back to the stairs and go up to the second floor, then turn right and walk down the hall. Take a left into the room with the FND flag on it and you’ll find a piece of paper on the chest of drawers, as well as a saddle on the bed.
Examine them to get info on Lieutenant Jimenez.
If you didn’t snipe the Lieutenant who is at this base, head up to the third floor and turn left, then enter the door with the FND Flag where you can find them and an FND Crate.
Kill, loot, and head back to your vehicle.
Kill Lieutenant Pena
Lieutenant Pena’s location is the closest to the hotel, so pop just down the mountain to the spa by the river.
You can scout the location from a tower atop the nearby hill, but there isn’t much to this area, so feel free to approach via the river, using Oluso and your suppressed weapons to kill patrolling dogs and soldiers near the water.
Head inside the shack in the middle and wait for her to show up (you’ll know it’s the right one by the rose petals and handcuffs on the bed), then kill her and you’ll be ready to move on.
NOTE: Standing at the water and facing her shack, there is also an FND Crate in the building to your right (the one nearest the water and the parking lot), so head inside and claim your prize before you leave.
Kill Lieutenant Jimenez
Lieutenant Jimenez is at a hotel and stable in Fuego Valley, northwest of Verdera, so head there and approach via the dirt road that crosses a small creek.
Be careful as you head up the slope, and disarm the tripmine, then take cover in the shed on the left and get your phone out.
Scout the location, keeping an eye out for a soldier on a horse. Once you spot the patrolling, mounted soldier, wait for them to make a pass near the dirt path and take them out.
This may lure some nearby guards to your location, including Jimenez, who is wearing a beret and standing near the FND Crate in the area (which you should see on your map after scouting).
You can even lure him out of the hotel by attacking enemies close to the path (or even the horse) with your Amigo, distancing him from his troops and making the kill easier.
Once Jimenez is dead, loot the place as Dani calls Espada, bringing an end to the Operation.
