Plastic surgery is about transformation. Your body is transformed. Sometimes it is in more subtle way such as with a Botox injection or a fillers. Other times, it is more dramatic, with a Tummy Tuck or Breast Augmentation. A change is brought about externally and this will always lead to some internal changes. This is what makes plastic surgery such a powerful experience. It can lead to greater self confidence and this can manifest itself in all relationships – not only with loved ones, but with colleagues in the workforce, clients, friends and most importantly with yourself.

For a small, select group of patients (or their friends or family members), I am willing to provide life/business coaching. My niche is Balance Coaching for the High Achiever. Everyone, who has achieved significant success in their life has worked hard to get there – both in time and effort. After this success some people are ready to enter a new phase in their life. “What Next?” Now that I have achieved this landmark in my life, what needs to be brought into balance in my life. It could be a new challenge, or repair relationships or growing relationships. It could be exploring a new job or hobby; greater devotion to health and fitness etc.

I am certified through CTI, the largest training organization for coaching in the world. Their graduates are world wide. I am also a member of ICF, the International Coaching Federation. Through a series of phone calls – two calls per month for 30-45 minutes, I will ask probing questions which will assist you in finding greater fulfilment through your actions in life.

COACHING IS TRANSFORMATIVE.

Each call will be based upon an agenda which you will set. The model I am trained in is the Co-active Model, which means we both work together and the balance of power is equal. The basic premise is that you are naturally creative, resource and whole. Therefore, I am not here to “fix” you but rather help you discover which actions, are most commensurate with your values. When we live our lives according to our personal values in life, then we feel satisfied and at peace, living with pride in ourselves.

I offer anyone seriously interested in coaching with me, two free sessions, so that you can get a sense of what coaching with me can do for you. I personally have my own coach (whom I have never met which is not unusual in the coaching world), with whom I have been speaking with bimonthly for about 1.5 years. I have found every call helpful to my decision-making and for living my life to the fullest.
