Most people have heard about the luxury life of living in the Hampton’s. But do you ever wonder what that actually is? Well today guys I’m going to show you inside of a $50 million dollar Hampton’s mansion on Long Island, New York!

The $50 million dollar mansion is located at 115 beach lane in Wainscott, New York. The home is set on roughly 2.5 acres of pristine ocean front property on the south side of Long Island. The home is a brand new construction coming to completion in late 2018. The home finally hit the market in October of 2020 for $49.5 million in dollars. This home is likely to sit on the market for quite some time but also may not with the mass amount of people fleeing New York City to find a much quieter and private place to call home. But outside of the staggering purchase price there will be some hefty additional costs. You can start off with paying roughly $1,150,000 per year in property taxes and an additional $208,000 per year in home owners insurance. Now I would hope if you can snatch up a $50 million dollar mansion that roughly $1.5 million dollars per year to maintain it won’t be much of an issue. Maybe it’s just me but I don’t necessarily get the idea of why the Hampton’s are so expensive outside of the fact you get to live around a ton of other wealthy individuals. You could easily spend the same amount of money and get yourself a private island in the Caribbean. But hey to each their own.

The home is a 6 bedroom and 11 bathroom with 11,000 square feet of living space breaking down to about $4,500 per square foot. As you make your way in through the gated drive you enter into the small courtyard that sits outside of the 4 car garage. Stepping inside the glass mansion and up the stairs to the main level is where you will find the main living area off to the left. The main living area comes with a large gas fireplace and a wall of glass windows and doors to offer unobstructed views of the ocean. Off the main living area is the kitchen which comes with sleek white cabinets with stone countertops. The backsplash in the kitchen is a very unique piece of stone that gives off a very modern futuristic vibe.

Moving down the long hallway to the left side of the home is where you will find the master suite. The master bedroom is a corner room with glass walls on two sides with your bed facing the ocean every morning you wake up. The master bathroom comes with a free standing soaking tub and a glass walk in shower. The bathroom comes with marble as far as the eye can see and across the hall is a walk-in closet for all the clothes you could ever desire.

Heading over to the right side of the home is where you will find 5 of the remaining bedrooms. There is a staircase that leads you to the second level where you will find a large family room perfect for a pool table. Around the corner you will find two bedrooms both with their own own suite bathrooms. There is a door on the backside of the home that leads you down the staircase to the back deck. Taking the stairs down a floor brings you to the lower level sleeping area which is where you will find 3 more bedrooms all with their own on suite bathroom.

Finally taking the stairs to the bottom floor of the home is where you find my favorite part of the home. A full golf simulator perfect for practicing when you aren’t able to hit the links. As well you will find a full gym so you never have to leave the home to get in a good workout. And lastly on the bottom floor of the home you will find two staff bedrooms as well as the laundry because let’s face it. The individual that buys a $50 million dollar home most likely wants all the luxuries in life and that includes a full time staff to maintain the home so you can kick back and relax.

And lastly stepping outside onto the back deck you will find a massive infinity pool wrapping the backside of the home with an included hot tub for ultimate relaxation. Off the back deck you will find an outdoor kitchen that I’m sure your personal chef can cook up some mean barbecue for a family dinner. I honestly think the best part about this $50 million dollar home is this gorgeous back deck that faces the Atlantic. But that pretty much wraps up our tour of this Long Island Mansion!
