Ingredients:

For Mango Stuffings:
•4 Ripe Mangoes
•1 teaspoon Sugar
•2 teaspoon Condensed milk

For Malai Chop Balls:
•2 litre Full Cream Milk
•1½ cups Yoghurt
•½ teaspoon Cornflower
•¼ teaspoon Maida
•½ teaspoon Sugar

For Sugar Syrup:
•1½ cups Refined White Sugar
•6 cups Water

For Malai :
•1 litre Full Cream Milk
•½ cup Condensed Milk
•8-10 strands Saffron - mixed 2 tablespoons of milk with saffron ( Optional )
•Mixed 1 cup of milk with the prepared mango preparation

For Garnishing:
•4-5 Strands Saffron / Sliced Pistachio & Almonds
