HireFlow is an intelligent multi-agent system designed to streamline and automate the new-hire onboarding process. Built as a capstone project for the Kaggle Agents Intensive, it leverages Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK) and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to create a seamless, efficient, and interactive onboarding experience.

In this video, I walk through the problem of manual onboarding, introduce the HireFlow solution, explain the multi-agent architecture, and demonstrate the system in action with Notion integration.

Multi-Agent Orchestrator: Delegates tasks to specialized sub-agents (HR, IT, Engineering).
Model Context Protocol (MCP): Securely connects to employee data and Notion workspaces.
Automated Checklists: Generates and tracks department-specific onboarding tasks.
