Today, we'll be exploring various opportunities, specifically, sources sought notices or RFIs. These notices are essential as they serve as a starting point for education and understanding. Education is a key pillar for success in dealing with government contracts, and I'm passionate about providing valuable information.

To deepen our knowledge, let's refer to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 15.201 which states that contracting officers should promote and provide for full and open competition in soliciting offers and awarding contracts. It also encourages exchanges between the government and interested parties, from the earliest identification of a requirement through receipt of proposals. These exchanges should be conducted in a fair and transparent manner.
