Project Himalayan 450 Gets Custom-Made Exhaust

Can there be a project bike without a custom exhaust? When I started working on the Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 project bike, I knew it needed a new exhaust. The bike is so new in the market, that instead of buying something readily available, we had to sit and develop something for it.

Here's a very first rough prototype of the exhaust developed by MNTB Craftsmen India Pvt Ltd, a Bengaluru-based fabrication firm, that specialises in exhausts. You can follow their Instagram page here:   / mntb_craftsmenindiapvtltd  

This exhaust will be further be refined and developed and a better finished product will eventually be released for people to buy. Currently, there is no price range that has been finalised - everything will be decided once the product is ready for mass production.

I will do a better video on this exhaust and how it sounds while riding in a few days.
