In this two-day adventure, we paddled from Cedar Grove to Akers Ferry, taking in the crystal-clear waters, lush Ozark scenery, and a few unexpected weather twists. We got caught in multiple rainstorms, braved a lightning-filled night, and woke up to a dreamy fog-covered river. Along the way, we made stops at Medlock Spring and the hauntingly beautiful Welch Spring ruins before setting up camp for the night.
