By mindfully engaging our deep core muscles, we unlock the potential to move through each vertebra with grace, release tension, and fortify the crucial psoas muscle. This journey not only enhances our physical well-being but also strengthens our connection to our inner selves.

Join us on the yoga mat as we embark on this transformative adventure. In this class, our focus will be on:

Deep Core Activation: We'll delve into a series of exercises and postures designed to awaken and engage the deep core muscles. This newfound stability and support will serve as the bedrock for our spine's journey.

Vertebral Articulation: Through deliberate movements and synchronized breath, we will work towards articulating each vertebra in our spine. This practice not only promotes spinal health but also enhances flexibility, allowing us to explore the world of backbends with confidence.

Psoas Release and Strengthening: The psoas muscle, often a repository of tension, will receive special attention. Through targeted exercises, we will release any stored stress in this muscle while simultaneously strengthening it. A supple and strong psoas not only supports our posture but contributes significantly to our overall well-being.
