A DRILL FOR LIFE - The BEST DRILL for an Efficient Arm Swing

Hi everyone,

Hope everyone has had a great golfing weekend and managed to watch the Masters, always a special watch and for us in the northern hemisphere, well the colder parts like the uk, it always is kind of the unofficial start to the golfing season, especially as the days are getting longer and ‘hopefully’ some warmer days ahead.

This video you would have seen me do a few times on the channel, but I wanted to revisit it again, because I cannot recommend it enough, for the golfer who needs more of an arm swing.

This exercise was given to me 40years ago whilst at Middlesex training by Lawrence Farmer, and I have never forgotten it, as it helps so much other aspects of the golf swing too.
