POHA MEDU VADA
INGREDIENTS:
Thick Poha /Flattened Rice – 2 Cups
Water
Salt
Green Chillies – 3 finely crushed
Cumin Seeds / Jeera – 1 tsp crushed
Asfoetida / Hing – ½ tsp
Curry Leaves – ¼ cup
Coriander – ½ cup finely chopped
Rice Flour – 4 tbsp
Curd / Yoghurt / Dahi - 1 cup
Oil – for deep frying
