I sensed the Lord nudging me to emphasize the fact that when we talk about the Holy Spirit being 'God's Spirit-wind' and that he is hovering over your body just as he did the chaotic earth in Genesis 1, you must remember that there isn't necessarily any 'human feeling' associated with his 'hovering'. He is in the supernatural realm, has supernatural substance and we take that in faith without feeling. Looking for a natural feeling of evidence that he is working, can 'short-circuit' your faith.
