A short and straight to the point tutorial showing how to get the third red ring on Northstar Islands as apparently I'm not the only one who has struggled with it requiring RNG to get and being easily missable.

I did this using the "speed items are more likely to appear" gadget and got lucky enough to get a turbo wisp from the first item box. After recording this I realized it probably would've been more efficient to use the "start the race with a turbo wisp" or "get a turbo wisp after falling off the map" gadgets instead.

I wasted my time getting every single red ring in the game and all I got was fucked in the ass by Sonic's gross MICROPENIS
