I grew up learning things the hard way. Losing my mom at nine… trying to understand a world that didn’t slow down for me… feeling like I had to figure life out on my own while my mind worked a little different than everyone else’s. I spent a lot of years chasing things I thought would fix me — love, answers, control, escape… and most of the time, it just left me more lost than before.

But somewhere along the way… I realized something.

The peace I was chasing…
Was something I already had once.

“I Remember Those Days” isn’t just about childhood.
It’s about that version of us that didn’t overthink… didn’t carry shame… didn’t feel broken…

The version of us that knew how to live… without needing a reason.

This song is me remembering…
The barefoot days… the imagination… the freedom…

Before life got loud.

And maybe… just maybe…
It’s not gone.

Maybe that part of us is still there…
Waiting for us to come back.
