If I had gray wood floors in my home, I wouldn’t try to work against them; I would try to work with them. So, Instead of going with a totally warm paint color to cool down the room, I would go with a neutral that has a balance of both warm & cool undertones. You can lean a little warmer with something like Accessible Beige, but it still has those gray undertones that will coordinate well with the floors. Or you can lean a little on the cooler side, like Agreeable Gray or Balboa Mist.
