Ingredients:
4 medium potatoes
3 tbsp poppy seed paste
2 green chilies
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp mustard oil
½ tsp nigella seeds
3 dry red chilies
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp turmeric
5 tbsp water
½ cup water
2 green chilies

Instructions:
1. Chop medium potatoes into cubes
2. Blend the soaked poppy seeds with green chilies and salt to taste to create paste
3. Add mustard oil in pan along with nigella seeds and dry red chilies
4. Add potatoes and fry for 3 minutes on medium heat
5. Salt to taste
6. Add turmeric and fry for another 2 minutes on medium heat
7. Pour the poppy seed paste
8. Splash of water
9. Saute for 3 minutes on low to medium heat
10. Cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes on low heat
11. Garnish with green chilies
12. Cook until potatoes are soft for 7 minutes on low heat
13. Finish off with a pinch of sugar
14. Ready to enjoy!
