#sciencefriday coming at you a little late because, well sometimes the end of a week is just too fun. As you watch this video a few times, like I did, appreciate how the dorsal anatomy is contiguous. The plantar fascia is the Achilles and vice versa. The lumbar erectors are the cervical extensors. It all moves together and all works synergistically.
