In this video I'll share with you everything I eat in a day on a low fat high carb plant-based diet. I stay raw throughout the day and I have only fruit up until dinner. For dinner I'll usually have some sort of potato dish along with a salad. I don't track my calories and I don't force myself to be in a calorie deficit. In fact I am the exact opposite. I eat an unlimited amount of calories every day and I always honor my hunger.
