2oz (60ml) Don Papa Rum
1oz (30ml) Coconut Water
1oz (28g) Ube Halaya Purple Yam Jam
3/4oz (22ml) Pineapple Juice
1/2oz (15ml) Coconut Milk
Top Sweetened Coconut Cream
Crumbled Dehydrated Fruit Garnish

Suplada Spritz
1oz (30ml) Gin
1oz (30ml) Sweet Vermouth
Scant 1/2oz (15ml) Adobo Shrub
7 drops Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters

Orange twist, Bay Leaf Garnish

1/2 Cup Coconut Vinegar
1/2 Cup Muscovado Sugar
1 Clove Garlic, Thinly Sliced
1 Bay Leaf
1 Thai Chile Pepper
1/2 Tsp Black Peppercorns
