Wither raiding My name is qoqdod and today im going to tell you about the history of wither raiding on mineplex survival mode from my perspective. Middle of 2019, for the first time in my mineplex history i had seen someone raiding a base using a wither, his name “sevenwinter” later known as Abyssallord, who i would become friends with. At that time though i didnt know him, neither did i know how exactly he raided the base. For a long time i didnt hear anything about wither raiding again. Almost no one knew about it. Then, late 2019 survival mode reset (more about this in another video)

months later after me and the playerbase rebuilt, i met a player named “Legodori” a truly powerful player. Lego brought me into a new side of survival, the criminal side. I was very excited about it because so far i had never raided people before, i was a builder not a raider but that would change. Aroud that time 2 of my old friends returned after the reset “Bassanteater”, and “choosybench” i was happy to have them back but this is where my story gets really, really cold. Legodori was at war with bass and chooy, bass and choosy couldnt fight back since wither raiding wasnt public knowledge and lego knew how to do it. I had to choose sides. My old good friends bass and choosy, or the exciting new chapter, becoming a raider. I couldnt decide, i tried to go with both but one day i HAD to choose. Lego was asking me whether or not i would help and teleport her to bass`s base. I said yes, for the first time ever i was involved in a wither raid back when it was still secret, but i wasnt just raiding anyone, i was raiding my old friends base bass. Lego gave me an invis potion and stacked 32k diamond chestplates and we blew the base up and i got the loot(all the broken shulker boxes). When the wither was hit it would get angry and destroy the surrounding blocks, getting a wither low on health would make it float lower to the ground makingit easier to raid with. After we were done with the base bass found out i was involved and our friendship was broken. That day i became a cold blooded raider, having betrayed two of my best friends with most other friends quit. As time goes on i would raid hundreds of bases without a break. Wither raiding got more and more edvanced, abyssal lord made swords that would get a wither low on health with one hit without killing it so it would float low and make raiding easier, nbt edited potions made you invisible and invincible for hours so the withers woulndt kill you and in case someone caught you they couldnt even see you. It was perfect. But sadly wither raider became public knowledge, everyone was doing it, still i was one of the most feared raiders. But there was still one barrier bedrock bases. But even that barrier would be broken later. More about this soon in another video.


But before that, lets answer the question: "when did witherraiding become impossible", withers would eventually get banned by developer gyroninja at the big wipe, the day gyroninja installed plugins that would ban all 32ks, and other illegals.
