This is the edited version of the night shot test with the Canon XF100.

I used Neat Video to minimize noise and to add some sharpness. Also I did some color correction and added a bit of brightness.


Picture Profile was J.Cine 12 with highest gain of +6 and Iris f2,8.
Many of the scenes were zoomed in at max.

It is slightly better than the unedited version because Youtube downgraded the footage a lot,

The XF 100 is not that bad I think. It's far away from beeing good in low light conditions, and with this conditions a C100 or a FS100 or a 5DMarkIII would certainly have done a better job.

But hey, that's another pricerange. :-)

NLE was Premiere Pro CC

The original MXF Files were first converted to Quicktime DNxHD.
