Ruben Timmerman, founder and CEO of Springest, shared his experience, lessons learned, and tips for other practitioners and practitioners to-be. He also de-mystified some common myths and misunderstandings about Holacracy and self-organization. His startup Springest, founded 2008 in Amsterdam, has adopted Holacracy in 2012 and has been running on it ever since. It is part of the strong scene that formed around the topic in Amsterdam.
