कोबीचं मंचुरियन करण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १ कप पोहे
• ४ चमचे कॉर्न फ्लोअर
• १ कोबीचा गड्डा
• बारीक चिरलेली लसूण
• २ बारीक चिरलेल्या हिरव्या मिरच्या
• १/४ चमचा काळी मिरपूड
• १/२ चमचा सोया सॉस
• १/२ चमचा चिली सॉस
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• खायचा लाल रंग (ऐच्छिक)
• तळण्यासाठी तेल
• चाट मसाला

Let’s see how to make cabbage Manchurian today. This is a popular Indo-Chinese dish. These are crispy deep fried cabbage dumplings coated with flavorful spices. It is a good starter option or a side dish with noodles or rice. This is a fusion recipe of Indian and Chinese cuisine. It has two versions, dry or with gravy. But today we are making dry version of it. You can make them in a jiffy. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup Poha
• 4 tsp Corn flour
• Finely grated Cabbage
• Finely chopped Garlic
• 2 finely chopped Green chilies
• 1/4 tsp black Pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp Chili sauce
• 1/2 tsp Soya sauce
• Salt to taste
• Red food color (Optional)
• Oil for frying
• Chat masala

Method:
• Blend poha into as fine powder as possible in blender and add corn flour.
• Blend it well together and take it out into a bowl.
• Mix cabbage, green chilies, garlic in a bowl and add black pepper powder, chili sauce and soya
sauce.
• Mix well and add salt, red food color and a little blended powder at a time.
• Adding food color is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
• Mix everything well together and knead dough.
• Avoid use of water while kneading. If needed dip your hand in water and knead it.
• Roll out small Manchurian balls from the mixture.
• Heat up oil on high heat in a pan and when the oil is hot enough reduce the heat to low.
• Drop Manchurian into it and fry well on low heat from both sides until they turn nice and crunchy.
• When Manchurian is fried well, take it out, drain excess oil and transfer them on a wire rack.
• Sprinkle chat masala and toss them. Cabbage Manchurian is ready.
