Strategy Tips
Bringing ignore mechanics unit helps a lot for the fight. Setzer Fixed Dice (Rainbow) enabled melee units even against BRV resistances and turn Sice traps into offensive explosives. His Freeze Joker offers great mitigation to negate the boss's nasty AOE HP attacks (except for the FR ability).
You guys should be aware of the infamous Dorgann - Sephy combo. With Sice traps triggers on enemy turn, you will get lots of off-turn breaks triggered which translates to 3 images slash+ off-turn. It will ramp up the Dorgann's FR to astronomical percentages.
The fight is tough due to the debuff triggers and fatal FR ability so damage mitigation is a serious consideration. After a long time, I have finally let Gladio get his FE30 enhancements and upgrade his sphere set where I give him a Ceodore sphere to boost off-turn healing with his counters.

Calls
Quistis base call, so Sice EX will delay every target to further target.
Lenna call - for burst healing and debuff evasion
Cait Sith LD - for brave gains on critical hits
Rydia LD - not used. Planned to use it if I mess up lol
Fujin LD - Wind enchant for Dorgann FR boost
Ursula LD - For break immunity so the boss appendages and FR ability don't hit hard.

Note: All members have their speed Passives removed.

Threshold Notes

100% - 80% - Focus on CoD to bring her HP down to 79%

79% - 50% - Watch for the confusion counter at 79%. Destroy the tentacles otherwise, you can't bring CoD to below 59%. Destroy them and bring CoD HP down to 49%

49% - 30% - Another blind debuff threshold at 49%. Focus on CoD & bring her down to 29%.

29% - 0% - Another confuse debuff threshold at 29%. Destroy the tentacles otherwise, you can't bring CoD to below 1%. Destroy them and bring CoD HP down to finish the fight

SHINRYU Overview
The Cloud of Darkness (final form) has 280 million HP. It is resistant to launch and delay (including delay from breaks) and immune to turn deletion
It is accompanied by 2 tentacles which have 20 million HP each. They resisted launches

Force Gauge Effects
All: Force gauge charge rate by 2% when the enemy takes a turn. 10% max HP poison aura applied during the battlefield.
≥ 30%: All party members delay themselves by 1 after taking a turn
≥ 60%: Non-Force ability HP damage resist up by 100%

Force Ability
Wave Cannon: Cleanses all debuffs, and recovers from break. AOE BRV + HP. Grants self 50% BRV DMG Up for 3T

Force Time | 3 turns
Gains the following enhancements during force time
• All party members max brave down -200%

Force Weakness: Use a melee ability with an instant turn rate – cancel the enemy’s force time

SHINRYU auras will trigger at the start of the fight and the 79% HP threshold

100% - 80%: Support Phase
a) Grants 90% BRV damage resistance against physical (melee and ranged)
b) Inflicts Gaze – Grants boss 50% DEF Up, BRV Regen, 50% HP DMG resist for 2T. Inflicts 1T Blind debuff (framed)
c) Tentacles are immune to HP damage during this phase

79% - 50% Attack Phase
a) Grants 90% magic BRV resistance against magic
b) Kills off all tentacles and resummon them.
c) Inflicts Gaze – Grants boss 50% DEF Up, BRV Regen, 50% HP DMG resist for 2T. Inflicts 1T Confuse debuff (framed)
d) CoD HP cannot drop below 59% until the tentacles are killed. Once tentacles are dead, remove magic BRV damage resistance

49% - 30%: Support Phase
d) Grants 90% BRV damage resistance against physical (melee and ranged)
