Jane Williams Warren lives in a bubble out of touch with the working people of Paterson, out of touch with the struggle of our communities, far away from the students that struggle every day against the corrupt Board of Education of Paterson and the predatory Police Department of Paterson to get into college and be able to join the middle class.

The corruption, cronyism, and greed of City of Paterson council members that see being mayor of Paterson as a method to get rich off the tax payers of Paterson and do as crooked convicted ex-Mayor José Torres did. Give out high paying jobs to unqualified friends, relatives, and cronies to keep the corruption and discrimination going. Robbed Mrs. Ruby Cotton of the opportunity to be the intern Mayor, as the law states it should be. For fear that Mrs. Ruby Cotton would do a great job, an honest job, at being Mayor and keep one of these crooked council members from becoming the next Mayor of Paterson.

So, behind closed doors and away from the public eye on the DL, they appointed Mrs. Jane William Warren. A person that is in the middle of all the corruption, discrimination, and cronyism going back 25 years. She has appointed a crooked and racist police officer as the chief of police of Paterson, sidestepping other more qualified police officers even one that holds a PHD and is an active college professor at the top Criminal Justice University in the United States. She has reappointed and protected the unqualified friends and family members the crooked Mayor Torres appointed to high paying positions, some with criminal convictions like the director of public works.

I ask the people of Paterson that during this election season, as these crooked, racist and discriminatory councilmembers and out of town opportunities (Alex Cruz- lives in Little Falls) lie to you so that you can vote for them. Don't vote for them, they only come around when it's election time. Do your research and ask them the tough questions.
Come together, vote as block and demand better, demand to be treated honestly and fairly, demand to be treated with respect, demand transparency, and demand to be treated without discrimination or favoritism. Don't vote for persons that take your vote for granted.
