The Automatic Rotary type Eye/Ear Drop Filling, Inner Plugging & Sealing machine designed and manufactured by LITCO Machinery Pvt. Ltd. is used to fill, inner plug and seal Bottles and Vials for Eye/Ear Drop products in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
The Monoblock design and immediate Filling and sealing of bottles yield high output and accuracy. With three operations being done together, the machine requires minimal floor area and with single operator for three operations.
Moreover, the machine is fully automated controlled from a PLC and HMI. There is no manual intervention required for complete automatic operation.
